A classic never gets old
An Old Fashioned - the original cocktail - can be made many different ways, depending upon your geography and taste preferences. I love making mine with rye to balance out the drink. Made with a reduction of Madeira, Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth, brown sugar syrup, orange bitters and Templeton Rye. Just stir and serve chilled straight up with no ice or with draft ice or even a sphere.

The Great Scotch is one of my signature cocktails. It is one of my unique concoction -a balanced cocktail that is palatable to even the novice scotch drinker.
2 oz. White Peppercorn-Infused Johnny Walker Black 1 oz. Black Cardamom and Ginger Tea Syrup 1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Measure out all ingredients, place in shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a coupe and express an orange peel over the cocktail and discard.
